Shipping policy

Customs duties and taxes will be applied to all parcels traveling outside of European Community. Parcel will be sent 'Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)'. This means any customs duty owed must be paid by you as the recipient. The courier or their customs representative will contact you for payment, and this will need to be paid before the parcel is released.

The service Standard CTT does not offer shipping insurance to Canada, for damaged or lost goods. The decision to proceed with the shipment under these conditions will be the customer's responsibility.
