To file a claim for a product damaged in transit, you must inspect the goods and report any damage suffered in transport, in the receipt document provided by the carrier. In this way we can manage the transport. Please note that in this case would be a situation beyond our control. We will try to fix it as soon as possible with the carrier and / or insurance.
