To file a claim for a product damaged in transit, you must inspect the goods and report any damage suffered in transport, in the receipt document provided by the carrier. In this way we can manage the transport. Please note that in this case would be a situation beyond our control. We will try to fix it as soon as possible with the carrier and / or insurance. This situation is completely different to cases of warranty for malfunction or manufacturing defect. In case of return parts for reasons unrelated to our product the return costs are costumers responsibility and the refund will only be made after checking the condition of the returned item. In case of return send the parts properly packed in the original box.
